bring your sacred creation to life

Bring your sacred creation to life in this Mala making day designed to inspire you to connect with one & use it in a daily practice.

Take a dive into the tradition of mala (sacred garland) for meditation as we explore its significance and how to use it. You will learn how to thread & knot your own mala and feel into the power of different gemstones selecting your own to use.

You will tap into how mantra can support your focus and build energy as you journey inwards using your mala.

Mantra & Mala are a powerful combination of vibrational medicine that will help to balance and awaken prana.

We're thrilled to announce that Pragyasagar, a beloved yogini and mother, will be co-hosting this special event with us. With over twenty years of local yoga teaching experience in Opotiki and the Bay of Plenty area, Pragyasagar brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. From sacred geometry through Yantras, kirtan & sangha events, she has guided many in her community to live fuller lives.

Workshop includes all materials plus chai & treats.

We look forward to connecting with you soon.

Aum shanti Pragyadhara & Pragyasagar.

What CLIENTS Say

I have been a student of yoga & meditation for many, many years and a teacher now for the last 7 years. I've been blessed with the most amazing teachers from various traditions who have each given me special gifts. I was so lucky to begin my 500 hour teaching journey with Pragyadhara this January in a restorative yoga, breathing and yoga nidra course at Kawai Purapura. This and the proceeding study have provided the gateway to the most phenomenal shift in my personal practice and teaching.

Pragyadhara embodies yoga for me. A font of traditional wisdom imparted with deep humility and expertise.

I am grateful for the opportunity I had in working with Pragyadhara. I will be back for more. You should too.
