This course is particularly good for beginners. It features progressive Yoga Nidra – a profound relaxation and meditation practice designed to access & release tension not only physical but also mental and emotional. Accessing the subconscious layers of the mind to reveal the root causes of tension, enhance creativity & improve concentration.
This course is particularly good for beginners, stiff bodies, recovering from injuries or wanting to start up yoga with solid foundations.
