Chanting mantras in the morning is an ideal way to generate a positive vibration within yourself and the environment you live in, boosting immunity at both the cellular and mental levels.
Activate the power of your voice and energize your intentions to generate more peace and balance your life.
Pranayama is where yoga really begins to shift energy and mind states and if done regularly is a powerful tool of transformation.
The combination of these will ignite your spirit and open your heart.
This 45 minute morning capsule includes a selection of these practices adjusted to the group level and interest.
Copies of the mantras will be emailed to new students.
