9.45 - Yantra inspired movement & Theory
10 am - Construction of Ganesha Yantra
12.30 - Yoga Nidra - Exploring archetypal symbols
1 pm - Shared Lunch (Vegetarian/Vegan)
2 pm - Silent meditation - Yantra Colouring
4 pm - Meditation practices using your Yantra
5 pm - Closing circle & shanti mantra
