Beginners Yoga Foundational Course 

 

This beginners course will build a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga - the classical yoga.

Each week we will explore a different category of postures so you get to experience their effects and benefits.

 

A close up on a key asana - breaking it down, building it up.

Training in breath integration within the postures.

How to dismantle holding and unhealthy breathing patterns through asanas and conscious breathing techniques.

​

Suitable for those looking to build a steady practice to unwind, restore energy and understand more about yoga.
