This course is particularly good for Yoga Teachers’, graduates of Yoga Teacher’s Training, steady practitioners & those looking to deepen their existing practice through adding in more of what Hatha Yoga has to offer.
Start your day off by instilling a positive vibration into your whole Being through chanting mantras. Mantras induce a protective & positive field both within the practitioner & the environment around them.
