9.15 - Guided construction of the Yantra

11 am - Tea/Chai & healthy treats

12.30 pm - Yoga Nidra - awakening archetypes through symbols

and visualisation

1 pm - Shared vegetarian/vegan lunch

2 pm - Silent meditation/ Construction & colouring

4 pm - Infusing the Yantra with mantra

4.15 - Yantra meditation & closing
