This beginners course will build a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga - the classical yoga.

Asana alignment - finding your own form within a posture integrating breath awareness closely.

Conscious breathing tools to reset the nervous system

Deep relaxation & guided meditation.

Suitable for those looking for a restorative evening practice to de-stress, let go and connect within.

 

This course features progressive Yoga Nidra – a profound relaxation and meditation practice designed to support release of tensions not only physical but also mental, emotional tensions and subconscious fears and stored trauma.

 

I have practised and taught this technique for twenty years and can ensure you that you will be guided systematically in a safe and supportive environment.
