These beginner friendly interactive workshops give you a direct experience of the benefits of conscious breathing techniques. Rather than seeing breathing as an extension to asana practice, how about bringing the connection with breath to front & centre of your attention & watch how that changes the way you practice asana.

Understand more about the mechanisms of breathing & why free and easy breathing is so important
We will uncover some of the underlying patterns that restrict breathing freely & drill down on some of the unhealthy breathing patterns that can manifest in the body and mind.
