Mantra stabilises the mind and emotional field for deeper practice and Hatha prepares the body and mind for meditation.  This powerful combination create a field of positivity and nurture transformation that comes with consistent practice and commitment to a self practice beyond a single led class.  Well suited to Yoga Teachers, graduates or steady practitioners who are interested in building depth through exploring mudras, bandhas and pranayama alongside the physical postures.  The group is small and intimate and offers you a supportive network in which to grow and transform.

Mantra - Gayatri Mantra - Surya Namaskara with Chakra awareness.

Mantra - Durga Path - Surya Namaskara with mantra

Week Four

Mantra - All 3, Hatha - Mudras & Bandhas to deepen practice 

 

Week Five

3 Mantra Sadhana & sequencing for effect.

Week Six

Balanced class of all elements according to the season and group.
