Meditation immersion &
Teachers Training
There comes a point where practice begins to ask something more of us, not more effort, but more honesty. A willingness to sit, to listen, and to understand what is truly shaping our inner experience. This immersion is an invitation into that space. Over five days, we move beyond surface techniques into a deeply embodied exploration of meditation, where the body, breath, mind and awareness are not separate, but part of a living, intelligent system.
Training Layers - Foundations
Learning how to work with the body, breath and nervous system to create steadiness and safety within.
Without this, meditation remains effortful.
You will explore:
– Body-based stillness & inner awareness
– Nervous system regulation through breath-work and Yoga Nidra
– Grounding practices that support consistency.
Mind & Awareness
With stability established, awareness naturally expands.
Here, we begin to observe the patterns of mind, energy without needing to control or suppress them.
You will explore:
– Breath & energy-based practices (prana awareness)
– The relationship between attention and experience
– Subtle awareness practices that refine perception
Drawing from traditional yogic systems, mantra and structured techniques become powerful tools for channelling awareness.
You will explore:
– Mantra as a vehicle for focus and transformation
– Structured meditation techniques from classical yoga systems
– How to navigate distraction, resistance and overcoming obstacles on the path
Living the Practice
Meditation is not separate from life.
This final phase supports the integration of practice into your daily routine & rhythm, where insight becomes lived experience.
You will explore:
– Yoga Nidra as a gateway to deep integration
– The transition from practice → presence in everyday life
– Recognising shifts in perception, response and clarity using swadhyaya methods.
An Embodied Education
You will experience what you are learning, in your own body and mind & supported by guidance, discussion, and space to integrate.
Expect:
– A balance of practice, reflection and understanding
– Time for personal inquiry and self reflective capacity to develop
– Subtle yet profound shifts that unfold over the training experience
The Power of Practising in Community
The environment is non-competitive, grounded and real, allowing each person to meet themselves honestly.
You learn through shared experience
– You are supported to move at your own pace.
