Community Meditation - Monthly in person.

Once a month we gather in person as a community with the shared intention to focus our energies and unite as one voice to create a positive sound healing field within ourselves, our whanau & the wider community.

This mantra holds the power to shift physical & mental states and strengthen positivity. Chanted through the ages it still holds its potency for us today.

Kirtan - Singing mantra

Chanting & singing ancient mantras through kirtan connects us to a sense of one-ness &  is balm for our busy minds. Its not necessary to be a good singer or to intellectualize the meaning of the mantras as they are pure vibrations that emanate healing waves of energy.  Vocal expression clears blockages, bypasses the intellect & connects you with a grounded sense of Self. Kirtan accompanies the monthly chanting and at other Pure Yoga events.

Fire Ceremony Vedic Havan

Havan - Vedic fire ceremony

The fire of Transformation

Havan is an ancient Vedic fire ceremony where 108 rounds of the universal mantra for healing are being chanted. As we offer to the fire transformation takes place - within us and around us.  It is a powerful practice to offer to the fire what no longer serves us and to connect with and balance our surrounding environment.

Contact me if you would like me to conduct a Havan in your home. The mantra will be Mahamrityunjaya mantra chanted 108 times.
