That’s where the Yoga Sadhana Lifestyle Training comes in.

This is our signature, in-depth offering that is spread gently over seven months to support real, sustainable transformation. With immersion days and guided home practice, you’ll gain the structure, tools, and encouragement to shift from surviving to thriving.

You’ll learn how to start your day with intention, build a practice that adapts to your real life, and weave self-awareness into your routine, so that yoga becomes a lived experience, not just a class.

 

Rooted in the wisdom of classical yoga systems such as Hatha, Bhakti, Raja, Karma, Jnana, and Mantra, you’ll discover powerful yet practical ways to calm your mind, replenish your energy, and align with your deeper purpose.
